Sempar is also a mindset. A belief that it will always be better than its nearest comparable. Sempar translates as ‘unparalleled’, and when naming the business, Aludia and Steve believed that their approach had no comparison.

Today, Sempar employs over 30 people and has over 500 clients. With over 25 years of experience, Steve and Aludia had a notion that an accountancy practice could stand for so much more than just a compliance partner. They believed in a firm that would take time to understand its clients’ dreams and objectives – both personal and business – and then with their skill, knowledge and experience, help their clients achieve extraordinary results.  

 

They knew that they would need to lead their clients through the data revolution. Sempar has continued to evolve its app stack over the years but even in the very early days, we led the industry with our cloud accountancy software and app knowledge. 

 

From this foundation, we were able to help clients create data both quickly and accurately. This data unlocked several added value services, such as tax planning, management accounts, support with decision making, strategy, funding and finance and much, much more.
